Chapel | sacristy | The case for the monstrance needs some repair. One option is to replace the felt on the inside of the case with new felt. Another option is to send the dimensions of the Monstrance to a religious goods company and ask them to send a new case that would fit it. | Fr. Chapel | sacristy | Daily use chalice: the gold inside the cup is worn down and scratched. This could be repaired by mailing it to Adrian Hamers is New York or FC Ziegler in Tulsa. It would cost around $750 to have the gold of the cup replated. Also, the paten for the feast day chalice needs to have its gold replated. This would cost around $500. Alternatively you could buy a new chalice set and replace the daily chalice with the new one and the feast paten with the paten from the new set. But since its about the same price, I would just mail in both pieces to Hamers in NYC. They are excellent. You can call them for details on their website: www.adrianhamers.com | Fr. Chapel | sanctuary | The crucifix on top of the tabernacle: the left hand of Christ is missing the "nail" - a small wooden peg. Also, one of the wooden rays around the top of the crucifix is broken in half. Perhaps a good wood worker could take this home and work on it? | Fr.
